Dealing with my MIL and a real possibility of hospice by end of week. Feels like every show lately has been Tulsa King type shows, good but need something lighter and funny to bing. I’ve got many of the streaming sites so throw some shows out.

House of David, The Chosen. Both biblical and great. We've been on so many can't remember them all, right now watching Abraham Lincoln "series" but can't stand the narratives of Obama and and a few others but just mute it at those points and have learned much about him. TURN is a fantastic and factual spy one of Revolution War. Not funny but we love history.

We’re in the market for something new to watch as well. We just finished watching The Agency and it was only through sheer force of will and dogged determination that we made it to the end of the season. From the fractured and displaced story line to the cast of DEI actors (they lacked a cohesiveness, I thought), it was not a particularly entertaining experience.
Now, one of my all-time favorite comedies of all time is Two-and-a-Half Men. In spite of the fact that I do not care for the two lead male actors, the writing is excellent and the humor is sheer genius. It can be vulgar, though, but, in a way, I think it would lose something without it.
Another series my husband and I both liked, although not a comedy per se, was Boston Legal. Again, the writing was smart and the humor was clever and often ingenious. This series about a “big name” Boston law firm and has an excellent cast with great synergy.
One of the founding members of the law firm is played by ??? (Capt. Kirk of Star Trek) who is convinced he has Mad Cow Disease, loves to hunt and fish, and is “a 2A kinda guy.” He is at once a legal genius and has dementia. Hilarity soon ensues…

Have not seen Arrested Development but will give it a try.
And am I the only one here who is put off by the way Debra treats Raymond?

My wife used to HATE the way Debra treated Raymond. We're now watching again. She is now amused by Debra's silent stares. I always thought the way Debra treated Raymond hit a little too close to home for my spouse.

The Office
Breaking Bad
Mad Men
Peaky Blinders
Community
The Good Place
Arrested Development
Parks and Recreation
Outlander
The Blacklist
Shameless
The Big Bang Theory
Two and a Half Men
Modern Family
How I met Your Mother
Criminal Minds
Ted Lasso(Fantastic, think it’s only on Apple TV)
Everyone has different tastes on what they like. I had to go google lists of shows so I could remember some of the ones we watched and I liked.
My dad to this day records and watches two and a half men and big bang theory… so I’ve watched it so many times I can’t stand it now. My wife and I will rewatch The Office at least twice a year, one of our favorites.
We are currently watching YellowJackets and 4 Seasons(with Steve Carrell who is the main character in The Office).
