Save your money go to Scott. The Best Stop is north of the interstate about a mile on the left

Does Sonniers make cracklins on the regular? I didn't think they did. I could be wrong. I know they don't ever mention them on their Facebook promos. Since the Hurricane their hours are reduced hard for us to catch anymore. **** near bankers hours. And will close on short notice. They are definitely in Lake Charles just few blocks south of I-10 off Enterprise Blvd on Mill St.

Thanks for all of the advice but we settled for Bliss Box in Orange because we forgot about the quest until we got to the state line. I’m not a cracklings fan so I was getting them for my wife , she will give the final verdict when she try’s them later. I did have a few of their boudin egg rolls hot out of the fryer and they were good. I will definitely refer to this post next time we are going through Louisiana.

But then again, most people don't have a clue what it takes to get food to your table.
That is the do it yourself recipe. My son did it for years at his restaurant and cajun meat market.

Spot on. They are good but so are many places and some even better. BS not they same as when they were a small batch small grocery store. Not even close. And I started going there the first week they opened and Mr Cormier was behind the counter wrapping up your order.

Most mom and pop gas stations in La. have good boudin and cracklins.

Not sure if Sonniers does them regularly. I’ll check next time. I didn't know Insane’s is a weekend thing only. Learned something new. I saw the Bliss Box but, I wasn’t sure if it was open or not.
