Congrats!! I’m at 4 months next week give or take a smidge. Using ZYN, but no Copenhagen.
Which ZYN have you found to work the best? I've tried smooth and wintergreen and to me- neither measured up to a pinch (large pinch) of Cope. Also, what difference between upper/lower lip?

I use ZYN wintergreen 6mg.
I never got a buzz off Copenhagen, it was the feeling of that large pinch in my lip and the oral fixation that was hardest to get over when switching to zyn. I have 3 6mg ZYNs in right now… no buzz but it keeps my mind off wanting a dip. Like dipping, the Zyn curbs my appetite too. I am like Pavlov’s dogs though. Only time the Copenhagen came out was to eat. Same with the Zyn. So every time I take it out, my body is like “ohh time to eat”.
It doesn’t check all the boxes that Copenhagen did, but it’s “better” than Copenhagen and my wife greatly appreciates that I don’t dip anymore. So it’s good enough for me.
Why is Zyn any better than Copenhagen, it still has nicotine in it. I've been off Copenhagen for 6 years also but will buy a can of Grinds (just coffee) every once in awhile.
Are Zyn pouches bad for you:
Yes, Zyn nicotine pouches are harmful and pose several risks. While they may be considered safer than smoking due to the absence of tobacco and related carcinogens, they still contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. Nicotine can have negative effects on everyone, particularly young people, and can lead to addiction, cardiovascular problems, and oral health issues.

I’m using the Velo. Peppermint 6 mg. It burns a little
like cope and I have minty fresh breath. I put it up top, but I also used to put Copenhagen up top. I went from spending $75.00/week on cope to $5-$10.00/week on pouches.
Ok, I’m in the other boat. I ain’t quitting, although I use Stokers Long Cut Straight, it’s all the same. Been dipping since my twenties, and if I ain’t had any oral cancer yet, I don’t figure I’ll have any. Kudos to you guys that quit. I can, and have for five years once. After about a week the craving gets bearable, a month later I no longer thought about it……..much. I bummed a couple of dips off my daughter’s boyfriend (now husband) and since I ain’t much for bumming I just bought a can and I’m on the train again. I know it’s not good for me, but so many things aren’t. I don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t mess around with loose women, so by cracky I’m gonna dip me some snuff ! When I die at 98 years old they will say “ Yep that **** snuff killed him !”

I’m no doctor, but I don’t believe nicotine is what causes cancer and all that jazz. That’s why I said better in quotation marks. Not using anything is ideal, but hey we all usually have a vice of some sort.

I've been using the Velo 9mg pouches for a month or so. Haven't bought a can of snuff in several weeks and honestly don't know that I will. The issue is that tobacco products, snuff and especially burning tobacco products (cigarettes) contain carcinogens. The upside of the tobacco free nicotine pouches is they don't contain the carcinogens that tobacco does. I personally don't think nicotine is any more harmful than caffeine. How many people drink a pot of coffee a day, cokes, sweet tea, etc... IMHO there are more harmful things we put in our bodies every day than nicotine.

It's not the nicotine that's bad for you. Nicotine is actually good for you and has much better positives on the body than negative....
