Help moultrie Game cam

Display has SD card locked! this has happened before but dont remember what i did.

mine has done that before. turn the camera off take the card out let it set off for a few minutes then put the card back in and turn on the camera.

did you try the little switch on the side of the card?

yeah.. the switch on the side of the card that says "lock"... un "lock" it!

I had one do that with a specific SD card. I changed cards( I have more SD cards than fingers and toes) and never had it again. The off/on thing clears some problems too.

All of what they said and you may try, if the card is not locked by the tab on it, erase the internal memory and turn cam off. Reinsert the SD card and erase it also.
If these things don't work, according to Moultrie, it could be either an incompatible card (they recommend san disk or lexar) or cam went bad...
What model cam? I had this happen to a 200 and returned it. It was still under warranty and they sent me a new D40!!

I had one card that wouldn't work unless the "lock" tab was in the halfway position.

I had another card that a camers wouldn't accept, yet it would work fine inmy camera. I put the card in my camera in it and it worked after that.

Some cards just seem to have issues.

I had this happen to a 200 and returned it. It was still under warranty and they sent me a new D40!!

My 200 is giving me a 003400 error when I run the diagnostic test...sometimes. It doesn't always do it. It will lock up and say check flash. I turn it off, then on...run diagnostic and may or may not get the error. I am going to email Moultrie and see. This camera has been back once already.
