I only had to do that with one guy in all my years. He was an every season cheat just as you described in your case. I elected to just wait till the season was over and then told him I would not renew his slot the following year. He could go get all his stuff whenever. No locks changed no drama even though I was a little worried it could happen. You know what's weird? He didn't even ask me why;......he knew I knew.
I like to think I gave a little respect & grace to one on the short end, and somehow I was repaid likewise. your mileage may vary.

I pull their stuff and put it all by the camp house or somewhere close. IF they want it back. I have made a deal with them in the past to buy everything they have. If I want or need it. Saves them the trip and me the hassle of dealing with them. IF they want it all then change the locks and set a time to meet them at the camp to get their stuff. I kick them but have someone else there to help them. Keeps the emotions out of it.

I was in camp once when 2 kick-offee's were coming up to get there stuff.
I was asked to keep an eye on them.
I had never met them and wasn't sure how it was going to go down.
Luckily they no-showed so there was no drama, but they did leave their pile o crap ranch suv in camp for us to look at until it was drug off to the side.

I was lucky enough to have a 24/7 gate guard, and a large lay down yard to place stuff in , everyone who was asked to leave had to remove any and all items at that time, or the rancher had people who would come remove their stuff to the lay down to pick it up within a month, after a month a storage fee was charged,

This is what other members and I have decided to do with a deadline of May. The guy has been on the lease a long time, since the previous lease manager, and has lots of stuff. We'll change the locks then. Thanks to all who commented.
