Express needed - San Antonio to Victoria

Need help getting a TBH Express going to get a surf rod down to Victoria for a young kiddo.
The rod is a 9’ surf rod but it is a 2-piece break down rod so it’s really on 4.5’ long.

This is going to SwampBuck’s kiddo to go surf fishing.

Any helps greatly appreciated!
