She is very docile and would make a good pet for someone.

Any estimate on how old she is? About how big is she? Im guessing as a lab somewhere in the 60 lb range but tough to tell some times. Have you had her inside at all? Has she been around any other dogs or cats? Has she been around kids at all?

Sorry for all the questions but I'll send this to my parents and these are all things they will want to know.

I suspect she is older but have no idea on age. I know she’s not destructive like a lab pup would be. I would say 60 is a pretty good guess on weight. I have not had her inside but have had our inside mini schnauzer around her when we take him out and they get along fine.

I haven’t had her around kids but if I were to bet she would be great with them, she is very sweet and docile.

Did you take her to the vet to scan for a chip? Seems like an older lab that may have wandered off or got lost. The vet could give you an age bracket and tell you if she is spayed.
