Mark Rios aka “Coach” at Ryan Ford in Sealy. I have bought a few trucks from him. Their service department is great as well. I would rather drive to Sealy from Laty than use any dealers here in West Houston.

Yes this seems to be an entirely better way to purchase a vehicle at least for myself. The last one I bought in 12/2023 I did everything via text until I got to the dealership to Meet the salesman. Even made the down payment with my debit card but I did have to notify the bank of using my card so they could increase my withdrawal amount. Definitely hassle free but make sure you are an educated customer on the specific unit you are buying.

I bought my newest truck there because of the deal offered, but there service department is absolutely horrible to deal with.

I have a good friend that’s been the Power Stroke mechanic at our local Ford dealership for over 20yrs. His motto is “ if I won the lottery I’d buy 3 new Ford trucks…that way one would always be available while the other 2 are in the shop for repairs “
And I’m not knocking Ford…I own 3 of them

Like mentioned above though, I'd do it all online and find the best deal. Last vehicle I purchased (wife's SUV) I did it all through email, drove 4 hours, signed and left with it.
I had a good experience with Tomball Ford in 2019 when I bought my F150. Of course, it all depends on the salesman you end up with.

Like you, I do it all online. I was in Savannah, Georgia at the time, and was talking to 5 dealers about the same optioned truck. Tomball ford gave me the best price. Wife and I were already flying in to town for Easter with the family. My wife flew back home, I ate the plane ticket cost and drove 15hrs home in my new truck. Saved me about $4000 doing that.

Yes, had them send the purchase order to my credit union. I went in, signed the paperwork and they handed me my keys. I worked several dealerships against each other. Ended up driving up to Navasota to pick up my truck.

If in San Antonio, I used Northside Ford for my 2018 F-250. Stay away from Red McCombs Ford. I won't ever step on their parking lot again.

The best dealer I have ever worked with was Bill Fick Ford in Huntsville.

I’ve bought all over the state, and honestly not the same dealership twice. I always take my best deal as long as the travel makes sense. Did pretty well at college station ford once, as well as mac haik Pasadena. One from auto nation in Katy. I really just came here to say no to Maxwell ford. Dudes are idiots. Everytime I’ve tried there they say you can’t get that deal anywhere. Next dealer I contact online I’ve always got that deal. 3 for 3 on that approach 😂😂

We just bought 5 new trucks in the last couple of months from EAB Ford in Navasota for the company I work for.I dealt with a sales guy named Jimmy,I never met the man personally we did everything over the phone and text.Seemed like a standup guy on the phone and did everything he said he would do.They delivered the trucks to us in Willis so I never even went to the dealership. We did have a warranty issue with two of the trucks and Jimmy handled it right away they came and got the trucks fixed the issue and brought them back in a few days.

It’s amazing any dealership is still in business, with how many people have ‘gotten over on them’. lol…

I have nothing good to say about Red Mccombs in San Antonio, so I won’t say anything.
