2 spots on a great Mexico lease. I just took these spots this year but just leased my own place and would like to focus on that.

This place has produced some giants. House has electricity and water, place is a diamond in the rough, and the ranch manager is as good as a man as they come.

Neighbors have killed 200 inch deer, and they've killed multiple 60s - 80s on this place.

Price is 6k per gun, 3/4 guns max. 3100 acres.. Feeding is required and you should expect to feed around 3k yearly. Ranch has 2 access points, and off Hwy 2 is before the checkpoint.
