HD1234 & Friends: Live Sausage Weekend!!! (Shinerbock Edition)

Yessir!!!! Headed down South to make a lil' sausage this weekend with Concho Man, Shinerbock, Mitchbcs, and who else I don't know just yet!!!!

Gunna meat up with CM today to BBQ, drank, and prep our meat fo' da' grinder...tomorrow am, we are headed to Shinerbock's place to do work on some sausage!!!

There will be another group of sausage makers somewhere within a 150 mile radius of us I think. I'm pretty sure that group includes Dozer and other TBHers...hopefully they will chime in and post pics of what they got going on.

If ya' ain't got nothin' better to do, or just plain love ya' some sausage, be sure to stay tuned!!!!
