I'm in the process of mounting a baby one close to that that now. Maybe 2 pounds. All white with pink nose but dark eyes.
I am carcass casting him because there is not a manikin that small. Going to a cool little piece when I'm done.

I'm going to catch this one hopefully soon. It will definitely be mounted too.

If I remember correctly, I had to search pretty good for the pink eyes
