Seems like you could peak HPD's interest a little bit more now that you have a truck with false plates. They can get it into the Flock database and probably locate it sooner than later.

Nails are fun, but I'd make sure he was changing at least 2 tires...exactly where I wanted him to. It would require a little digging, and a little fabrication, but the payoff would be absolute gold.

I am working on filing a police report. Cant seem to do it online so I have reached out on the phone.

I dont think the guy/truck shown in the pictures is the one that cut the gate. The first truck through the locked gate is with a pipeline company, white F150 with the company numbers clear on the side. I am speaking with that company directly.

A few pieces of selectively placed rebar will do more than make him have to get the flat tires repaired. They’ll have to be replaced. Make them spend some money!

I've provided an avenue with 12 guys who ONLY do dumping cases and where they're employed. I see one of the 12 everyday till the 23rd.

But go ahead and fight the online stuff that won't go anywhere cause HPD don't have an environmental unit
