    It turned out to be no big deal to fix. The hose was kinked just enough at the back of the dryer that it wasn't blowing all the lent out of the lent trap itself. The part that's below the thing you pull out and clean the lent off of. I don't know the technical name for any of it but I called it a lent trap. It's a metal deal you can take out by taking the screws out at the back of the dryer. It's not supposed to collect lent really and that was the problem. It has collected enough that there wasn't good air flow.

        Glad it’s fixed. Clothes dryer fires are one of the top reasons for home fires. Our kids went to highschool with a young lady who was badly scarred from burns in a fire caused by a clothes dryer- very tragic.
