You may want to check around Santa Fe and Alvin area. Someone seems to have Rabbits and chickens forsale. Check with 4H or high school Ag teaches.

We sold rabbits for a lot of years. I highly recommend you talk your daughter out of getting a rabbit for easter. They're cute for a few weeks but within a few months they will be 8 to 10 lb and crapping everywhere and not so lovey dovey

Just remember, after Easter, what are you going to do with the animal? Turning it loose somewhere is a death sentence.

Get her a small "designer" bunny like a minilop or mini Rex. They stay pretty small and are cuddly.
