Blueprints for a house design question?

I work with a nonprofit that builds small 3 bedroom one bath houses. about 850 sq feet for needy families. We have our own drawings and have been doing this for 16 years, but lately one county has asked us for actual blue prints and drawings with an Engineering stamp of approval. Does anyone have a Guestimate for what that might run. ?

One needy family is living in a 18 foot travel trailer, and the plot of land that they own is 75 feet by 150 feet. The county boundary runs right thru the middle of the property ? one county is fine with our project, the other is being a doo doo head.

Are you currently building the houses without architectural blueprints? I'm sure an 850 sqft house is pretty straight forward.

We are building right now and our plans cost us $1 per sq ft. But that was using a. Existing plan and modifying it.
i think it was $2 per sq ft if they started from scratch.

I’d call around to a few architects to see about getting it donated. I bet you’d get it !
