Music guru's.... I need help

Is there a program out there that a regular Ol guy can buy to separate each instrument on a recording?

I am trying to learn a song for my daughter and am haveing a hard time getting all the guitar part due to the other instruments covering it.

Ive always wondered how techno/dance DJ's are able to manipulate every intrument/vocals in a pre-recorded song?

I don't think you can do what you are asking unless you can get the master copies from the studio, once they are mixed you can't seperate,,,you may be able to lower the frequecies in order to hear a little better,,,,lower the bass and increase treble,,,,have you gone online they probably have the song already charted and solo for you?

I have the chords for the song. Just missing some of the strum pattern and want hear it better so I can get it as close as I can for her.

Just search for "strumming pattern for _________". Or got to YouTube and i bet they have a guitar tutorial for that song.

Been there, done that........... there are a couple that are close but not quite. I played it today when I got home for her with the strum patterns I found on you tube........ she said it sounds close but it isn't right.
