It’s in there ! My wife is away for a visit and got iced in so I made chili for me. She’ll probably find the leftovers a little warm and the ‘shrooms will have mysteriously vanished ! Darling that she is, she won’t complain though. (she will just be glad for a couple meals that she won’t have to cook)

I really dig the Ragin Blaze chili mix but it's a tad too heavy on the cayenne (i think) for me. Not spice level. Flavor. I top with sliced japs and onions... I may give this a go this weekend.
