    Good customer service at Primos

    This past weekend I went out to my hunting property to pick up my pop up blind and found it under a tree. I was able to get it out but one of the hubs was destroyed. Yesterday I called Primos to see if I could buy a new hub and repair it. The nice lady said they would warranty the hub and send it for free, I told her it was over 10 years old and a tree fell on it. She said that 's ok, what's the shipping address. That's good customer service right there. My next blind will be from them. Click image for larger version

        That's great. I'll keep this info in mind for future purchases. Thanks! It's rare to see such good service these days. I wonder how often other companies honor warranties like that. Anyone checked Primos reviews on PissеdConsumer or other similar sites? Curious if this experience is typical. Good on them for standing by their product!

          That's great, wish I had the same experience with the alpha dog caller remote with a broken switch. Could you share the phone number you called, as I have only found email address'.

            800-423-3537. They told me it's a lifetime warranty even if a tree fell on it. I was surprised.
