Looking for a Small lease

Not looking for anything big just something under 100 acres so my son and I can have a place to hunt. I'm tired of not being able to afford a big lease and draw hunts are few and far between. I don't have the time to go and scout public land with work. Just want somewhere my son and I can go and I can unwind and clear my head at will during deer season. Heck at this point I don't care if it's someone's backyard as long as they are allowing us to hunt lol.

Would like to stay within a couple of hours from Orange right now. Just want to be abke to set up a feeder and bow hunt.

I have a place that’s approximately 80 acres and bow only in Bon Wier. It’s a little less than an hour from Orange.

Not long ago someone posted a link for open timber land leases. Pretty sure there are smaller properties listed for lease that would fit your requirements to a T.

I found my old lease posting. It’s only gone up $100 in the 4 years since this post. It’s $1,100 annually now.

God is good. Very blessed to have the opportunity to be abke to hunt Mr AC'S property this season after not shooting a deer since 2015 prayerfully the stars will align and God will bless my son and I with some succulent 4 legged gold. Bless you AC for making this possible. My son doesn't know yet but he will be on cloud 9 and will not be able to stop talking about it until season gets here I can assure you of that.
