    F250 Cab Bushings

Anyone had the bushings changed out on their F250/350? Looking to get approximate cost from a ford dealership.

I’ve had them done twice on my 2011 F250, and the first time a dealership did them and charged me $1900. I had to get them done again last year, and my local tire store did them for $1200 and used aftermarket upgraded bushings.

      What year?
I've never paid for one, but not too hard with regular hand tools & a floor jack.
I did a 2016 last year, and the worst part is the long running, fine thread bolts.
You are not supposed to use an impact, so it takes some time with hand tools.
All the work is done from the bottom side, but if you strip the internal nut in the cab then you have a mess on your hands.
Luckily I went slow, and didn't have any issues. But there are some horror stories on youtube....LOL.

It’s a 2013 F350 SRW LWB. I wish I could find a place around Houston to do it for $1,500

Here's a pretty good read coving some of what you're asking.
One guy mentions a body (or lift?) shop doing the work side of it for $300.

Did them myself on my 2012 a few years back. Wasn't easy, but I got it done....

Had a mechanic tell me he would do it for $700.00 with me buying the bushings.

I watched some videos on youtube and decided to do it myself. It may have took me 2 hours...
PB blaster a day or 2 before changing helps.

$1300+ depending on the shop labor rate. Houston area probably $1500-$1700

I did a 2008 F250 about 3 years ago and the Ford OEM parts are very high priced. I went with a aftermarket.

I did mine on a 2012 a couple years ago. I went with S&B bushings, and I believe they have a lifetime warranty.

Give Patriot Diesel a call in Huffman 713-377-3708

He is usually very reasonable.--Just don't know what part of Houston you are in.
