Has anyone here had any luck finding a lease using the hunting locator website? Was thinking about paying for the monthly subscription, but don’t wanna waste the time or money if it’s not worth it.

Throwing my hat into this thread as well. I'd be interested in a year-round lease if there's hog and other species hunting. Preferably close-ish to Central Texas, but willing to drive a couple hours if need be. I've got a place out in West Texas, but it's a 4+ hour drive for me. Thanks!

I have tried a few of those sites. You find a few promising properties but cannot message them until you join. Once you join, you can see that the properties have already been filled. Been disappointed with them so far.

i did 2 for a year, and what i found was 90+% of the listings were reposted from facepage, local papers, chamber of commerce listing, craigslist, even old listings from a year prior. so by time they hit the paid for website, they were already spoken for yesterday.... when the listing on the paid for site just hit the day i called.
