Great review and rundown of 20 different Lithium batteries. His overall pick was the LiTime.

I have (3) of the Power Queen 12v 50aph from Amazon. I'm about a year into them with zero issues. I paid about $120.00 each and $90 for a 20a charger. I have (2) boats and a kayak I use them on (trolling motors) and I fish a lot. Weekends and during the week. My kayak has at least an 8 mile range, I've never had any of them go dead during a day of fishing. They cost about the same as a lead acid and have a (5) year warranty. And they weigh 14 pounds each. I'll never go back to lead.

        They're $108 now. I just looked

Good info. Its time to buy trolling motor batteries and I'm back to considering Li due to weight

Ionic batteries can be found at a few marine dealers in Texas, i think Mallard marine in Nacogdoches is one of them. I have 3 ionic 100 amp trolling motor batteries and 1 ionic 125 amp cranking/electronics battery. Bought online from Drewtech marine and Lithium hub.

I got lucky with the ionic, they can be charged with the Minnkota precision charger already on the boat.

Hurry up and run em. Id much rather buy 50s than two 100s. In reality I'd probably be ok with 50s. That troller you bought is digital ain't it? They're supposed to be way more efficient on power

So i’m theory i should be fine with 2 12v 50ah lithium for my 80# terrova???

i already have the noco charger.

Brushless so supposed to have longer run time

From what I have read I think so but I went with 2ea 12v instead of a single 24v for 2 reasons. 1) if start battery dies I can rob a troll battery to get cranked up and If I find I need more troll power and can just add a 3rd 12v battery

                                for sure, 2 12’s are better than 1 24v.

                                I am looking right now.
