Get a 5 gallon bucket. (Or larger if you have room) corn, apple juice, and a yeast packet. Plenty of sunshine on the bucket to cook. Let it ferment like you are going to make Corn liquor. Then ferment some more. They love the rank smell. Dump a trail out. They will dig a 9 foot hole trying to eat every last bit.

Save about a 1lbs of your mixture. Catfish love it as a chum.

Like others have said just corn, but if you want to get fancy, put some corn in a 5 gallon bucket add some powder kool aid mix and a few beers. Let it sit overnight or a couple days then dump it out.
