Mistaken for Kyle Busch

So I have lived in Charlotte NC for the last 6 years and for 5 of them my good friend always said I looked just liked Kyle Busch. I mean this guy always gave me a hard time about it on a weekly basis. I always denied but he would ask people if I looked like him all the time. So I go back this weekend to finish my move and hang out with some friends. Well we're out having a beer and this older gentlemen walks by and asks me are you Kyle Busch. At this point my buddy is on the floor laughing at me like I told u so. So I tell this guy no ad he's like are you sure And I'm say yeah and he says prove it let me see your id. So my buddy starts referring to me as Kyle and saying that I am kyle Busch and that I just don't like to be bothered in public. So this goes on for a little bit and then I say have a good day and go back inside to use the bathroom. While I'm in the rr my buddy tells this guy don't let him walk away from a fan like himself and how wrong it was that I did that. Now this guy is telling my buddy how he wants my autograph and my buddy's like let's go get it for you. So as I'm using the rr I hear my buddy open the door and holler Kyle get out here and sign this mans paper. So by this time I got about ten people thinking Kule Bucsh is in the rr. Well as I come out this guy comers and so then I apologize for not treating my fans well and sign his autograph. Then he stands there and we
Talk racing and how he gets me and the way I drive and act. So finally I am wrapping up the conversation mans tells me I'll see you at Charlotte motor speed way Kyle. The best part is I misspelled his name (bush). But I will forever be known as
Kyle Bush by a good group of friends

Yeah he even said he worked for the blue oval for 25yrs and now he works for the red oval with a T in the middle. As he was shaking and almost in tears he said I even bought a Toyota because of you. I wonder how many people he showed that autograph to

That's a good story. I was at a Christian book store once and a lady just knew for sure I was someone who appears on channel 58. I told her no, but she didn't believe me.
