The $35 Harbor Freight electric sharpener works reasonably well but you need a table or flat surface to clamp it to.

Another vote here for the Stihl 2-1... I still running the same chain that's been cutting wood for the last 3 yrs, because of this sharpener! We cut live oak every year and 10- minute touch-ups during use and it stays plenty sharp.
I have 2 back-up chains that I carry in my case, along with the sharpener, but I've never had to use them as of yet.

Also, keep in mind there are two 3/8 files for Stihl (3/8 Picco for smaller saws/power pruners and regular 3/8 pitch). Unless you’re a commercial logger, the Stihl 2 in 1 and a vise is your best bet. The electric grinders/sharpeners will ruin a chain quick and with the cost of chains, it can get expensive “learning” how to use them.
