    Freq Game Call

Who has hunted with one? Is it more effective than other standard e-callers? Assuming the speaker's frequency response will reproduce the ultrasonic sounds they have recorded, it seems to me that it would give you something extra to hit the critters with. Is that something extra worth the extra $$$$?

It seems like it would be even more effective if it had a motion decoy on it as well. Tell me about them if you've hunted with one..

I will start by saying I have not hunted with one.

What I will say about hunting predators, is if you don’t play the Wind, stand locations, and approach the right way, it won’t matter what you’re calling them with.

Yep. I figured that goes without saying. I'm just wondering how much more effective this caller is (or isn't), compared to regular e-callers.

Shane, reach out to Gary Roberson on here. He promotes their use on his TV show and can probably shed some technical light on the subject. I think I remember seeing him do a pretty detailed explanation of the testing and such they did in the caller's development.

I haven’t used one either. I appreciate the concept of something different and that alone often helps with pressured animals. I just can’t imagine the price tag being worth it on these. Check some predator calling forums for reviews maybe.

aac_shooter on here has one. He's had some success with his.

The price is pretty steep for me but heck it may be worth it. It's hard to say, I've never even seen one in person. If I ever have some extra cash to spend I may give one a try but for now it's me and the ol' FoxPro.
