Has the frio river running through it. Has great deer, axis, some other exotics, turkey, javelina, pigs, quail . MLD
2 camps fully remodeled cabin, bunk house and mobile home. Has RV hook ups at both camps.
Blinds and feeders in place.

Lease is $25/ac plus utilities ($100 mo) plus feed split. Do the math, yes not cheap. If you can afford it message me.

Looking for a place not currently being hunted or entire group is leaving (I'm sure lots of folks are looking for the same). Hill country area, south Texas or piney woods (trinity river bottom area) all in play. I guess you could say semi-corporate. Water and electricity is definitely a must. Small cabin/house preferred or if not, we have the capabilities to build quarters. Preference is a minimum of 1,000 acres. Group is experienced. Needle in a hay stack I'm sure. Can't hurt to ask. Found this on a lease listings site I'm subscribed to so I'm not associated with this lease or really know much about it. I do not know the name of the person associated with the listed number. Math works out to $14,500 per gun. If anyone can actually afford this and decides to do it, please invite me as a guest in the offseason to hunt axis, blackbuck or hogs as a finders fee.
