I like Amazing Ribs, rub recipes. Big Bad Beef rub for brisket and Memphis Dust for Ribs. Recipes for the rubs are on the site and more information that you didn't know you didn't know.

Never really thought about adding the beef bouillon. Will give a shot.

          Bonners Fiesta:

          2 parts 16 mesh pepper
          1 part kosher salt
1/2 part Fiesta season all (some do 1 part Fiesta season all but to me that's playing with a lot of sodium and I'm scared of getting too salty)
(1/4 part granulated garlic if you want)

I have always been in the kosher salt and 16 mesh black pepper club. I have been cheating the last few years by adding a little Hardcore Carinvore Black to that mixture. Not sure it does much for the taste but I've been getting much prettier dark bark that was hit and miss with mine.

HEB texas brisket rub and Carnivore Black. Go light on the carnivore black. It will have a powerful salty taste if you get too carried away.

We won brisket in 2011 with the Brisket rub that is in the recipe section BUT finding all of that was a pain. This past weekend we cooked and I did one side with SPG and the other side with Chupa. Wife thought it was phenomenal. I liked it (reason it was 1/2 and 1/2 is my 7 year old switched the seasonings on the flip)

I do a mustard binder just because
