    Port O'Connor Guys

Hey guys, was reaching out to see how birds are in that area. Have a group of 3 of us that were thinking about making the drive "6hrs" and staying a few days. We used to do this in the past and always had a fun time. P.M me please if you'd like. 100% not asking for spots at all!! Just Trying to get an idea of what's down right now. Thanks fellas

Just got back last night from two days down there. We had a north wind about 25mph yesterday morning and it was sparse on birds, only had two come to decoys. Went back out yesterday afternoon and limited on pintails and should have had a limit on red heads. Our guide said he hasn't seen that many pintails all season, so I guess the weather sent them in.

Agree with jmac24. The birds were scarce since the weather was in the 70s (birds had not pushed down).

This front should have fixed all that.
