Igniter went out on Rt-590 called them and also said needed 2 meat probes and antenna, dog which no longer lives here, ate them. She took order said ok will get shipping notice. I said what about charges ? Said all was covered even though not their fault under warranty. Same address they shipped original unit to but that's been a couple years ago. Nice to talk to someone in Georgia that cares after the sale.

Buddy had same experience with them. I had auger motor go out on camp chef. When I called they asked if I had any other issues, I mentioned more smoke. They sent a tube and 2 bags of pellets with the auger.

That's why when people ask what I paid and are well you can get X for this, said I don't care based on first hand accounts on TBH of customer service.
