Blackjack players - Do you hate?

When playing blackjack at a casino do you hate players who don't know how to play and hit when they should stay and vice versa, if they are sitting to your right and going before you?
I've actually seen people get mad and think they lost because of bad players, get up and leave etc. Just wondering what you guys think?

I hate them. They make me lose when they take my card.

Do not care at all. Cards are random either way.

Yeah I never understood getting upset. They could just have easily enough took a bad card you were going to get as opposed to a good card.

Sometimes you just have to shake up the shoe. That being said, those guys are the reason I play craps.

What I hate is losing money. So I don’t play at all!

I hate them. I don't have to have a reason. Right up there with terrorists and people who stomp puppies.

It is amazing to me the number of people who think the goal of the game is to get 21. I was at a casino Christmas party and watched people hitting on 18&19. I don’t know if they would play differently if money was involved but still I don’t understand their play. I enjoy playing where people at the table know how to play. I can say I do better in that situation.

Will the same player who gets mad that someone took "their card", be mad if that card would have busted em? Or do you buy em a beer? I don't play, just makes me laugh.

Don't really care. Unless you are some expert card counter, deciding to stay from 13 to 16 when the dealer has a low card showing does nothing but shift some odds in your favor. It doesn't change the probability of what cards will come up next for you or the next player. I don't see this any different than if the player next to you steps away for a bathroom break and misses a few hands. If the dealer throws you a Blackjack, that technically would have been the other player's hand if they hadn't have gotten up. Frankly, I rarely play blackjack in the casinos as there seems to be way more a-holes at the blackjack tables trying to dictate how others play as compared to any other table game.

I don't like them to my left. I sit on the far left when I can

I will never play unless I am at 3rd base....Unless I watch that player and see how he plays and how much he is betting...if he is playing minimum table stakes I wont sit down

Same with the lottery—have never and never will throw money away. The odds are against you!

I don't play with them. Doesn't matter if its right or left side. The fact they are sitting at the table and taking cards they shouldn't is a problem. The game is about odds. All of gambling is about odds. Casinos have stacked the odds in their favor. They don't need help from someone who doesn't know/play the best odds. I will leave a table if there is someone like that there.

For those who think I'm worried about someone taking MY card, you don't truly understand the game. I'm worried about them affecting the dealers hand. That can happen if they are on my left or right.

For example, Dealer has a 6 showing. You know they have to take another card. You know the odds of that card being a bust card. Never fails, someone with 12 will hit, take the face card that should go to the dealer. If the dealer busts, everyone wins.

Yes, simplistic, but every card taken against the odds affects every other person at the table one way or another. I always asks the table before I want to do something against the odds. If anyone hesitates, I won't do it, unless I'm playing with a bunch a yahoos already.

I think everyone should play their own ****ing cards, don't worry about mine, and keep your ****ing mouth shut...Which is exactly what I told a whiny ***** at Winstar a few years ago shortly before I won several hands in a row, flipped a chip at her, and got kicked plum out of the casino!😂

People who are serious about blackjack, are worse than tournament bass fisherman....

In Las Vegas two weeks ago.

three of us at the table, dealer is showing a 6. Guy to my right was playing $400 a hand and split his cards, and stopped. At the time I had $200 out there and split mine, so I had $400 out there. Pretty little blonde was playing a $25 hand, hit on 16 and busted with another 6. Dealer proceeded to flip 16 and then next card was a 4 for 20 and me and the other guy both lose. The guy lost his mind yelling at the blonde to the point security had to come over.

There's fun and there's serious. I have no problem playing for fun with my buddies. I'll just bet minimum and relax and enjoy myself. But, if I want to be serious and bet big, I will not sit and whine, but I will leave a table and find one that has other serious players. I won't ***** and cry about it, I'll just go find another table. Usually when I want to bet big I try to find an empty table. No one to blame then except me and my own darn luck.
