Woah brother! Sorry that happened to you! Get your bride a good magnifying glass and a good pair of tweezers! Let her work on you for a while, then take a break. Have patience and you can get most of them out, even in "sensitive" areas... Been there, done EXACTLY that!! Was a year later and I was still getting 'em out when they'd fester up. Threw away a brand new Wall's Blizzard-Pruf coveralls after a similar incident... Picked and picked and picked... Never was able to get them to where I could wear them again from the tiny spines in them...
Have to admit though, I did chuckle a little...

Yes Sir- once I knew nothing was broken I lmbo! I had my kuiu jacket on and it’s trashed - no way I’ll be able to get those tiny little demons out of it
