Bad Weather Houston Area

Everyone in the surrounding Houston area okay? Wife said there were a couple of tornadas in the area. Just checking one all yall.

Praying for anyone that might be in the path. I know that storm is heading our way in orange but prayerfully them tornadas die down before it gets this far.

Just came through Porter/New Caney/Splendora. Couple of tornadoes dropped East of Splendora. I'm in Woodville and it seems to be headed this way. Moss Hill and surrounding area under Tornado Warning. Gonna get Western in this old farmhouse in about 20min.

Had some pretty wild stuff blow through south of Pearland. Way worse than Thursday when we were under a Tornado Watch for several hours.

Seems like it’s mostly passed to the east and north though.

Lots of wind all morning down here in Brazoria Co. Some nasty stuff kicking up around Alvin now. Still another line coming in from the west.

Central Brazoria County here. Been pretty windy all morning and rain just started here about 15 minutes ago. Not heavy but we didn't really need any now. Seems to be moving west to east pretty fast. Maybe will be over soon, I hope.

Those are the cats to follow on YouTube or Facebook when sketchy weather is on the way. They gave me a head start on the sirens when the Nader came through Temple.

My parents are right at 2920 and 99. Dad had my mom and our dog(staying with them while I’m gone) under the stairs because they were saying there was a funnel cloud crossing Hooks airport/2920 and Dowdell area right by them. My wife was at her parents near Champion Forest and Cypresswood and said it got pretty western.

News station said Tornado on ground between Porter Heights and Splendora about an hour ago I guess it was with reported damage. Heavy rain here Kingwood Northpark, Oakhurst area with ground shaking thunder. Saw a lightning strike to the south might have been just south of Northpark near 494. Stay safe in Woodville. Hopes this clears out today heading to the farm tomorrow for a week of hunting.

Yes, that Porter damage was about 3-4 miles from my house. The same storm, missed us to the South of Woodville. Now between Newton and Jasper.

Looks like a Tornado is between Oak Island & Smith Point. Its the same storm that hit Dickinson earlier. It’s moving towards Port Aurthur & Winnie.

They are saying that tornado SW of Winnie and headed toward Port Arthur is a big one.
