Long shot! Looking for some help in San Antonio

Extremely long shot, but does anyone in the San Antonio area have a pick up truck cab I can borrow for a week. I’ll be heading out to Arizona the second week of January and would like to secure our stuff a little better. It would be for a 2020 Ram 2500 with a regular bed. I’d like to “rent” if possible. Thanks greencreen!

Help us understand what a ‘pickup cab’ is. Maybe it is just me but I don’t know what that is?

Think he’s looking for a truck bed topper. there are places to rent them. That’s what we did for our Wyoming trip.

You can get soft tops for relatively less money, easier to take off and store too.

What is a "regular bed"? A regular short bed or a regular long bed?

Check FBMP. I paid $300 for a brand new ARE top for my Ford.

You may not find one for $300, but I bet you could find on for $500-$800, or so.

What about renting an enclosed trailer? Like even a Hhaul?

We will be hauling a trailer loaded with a Polaris Ranger on it. We’ve never had problems before, but these days it’s hard to keep people honest.

I wouldn't have a pickup without a shell of some sort on the bed. Both of ours have Undercover brand hard covers. Back when I had a camper shell, it was broken in to and I lost my fishing gear. Not having windows takes away some of the temptation to break in.
