Bjankowski makes some beautiful quality knives and does some great leather work too. Bought my son one of his for his birthday and it turned out perfect.

My favorite is the swedish brand Morakniv. Several sizes available on Amazon. Carbon or Stainless. Kinda cheesy Sheath but the quality of the knife outweighs that.

I bought one of these last year, cut up some few deer with it. Thing is sharp and holds a edge pretty good so far. I think it was only $30
