So it really ****** you off when someone plays the ole bait and switch, huh?
I know, Im getting screwed again! But when I do rebuild it, the MEASUREMENTS and MATERIALS will be correct to the task... I know I can measure, and my standards are tall, avoiding short stature bottom feeders
Realistically, nothing will happen unless I can do something after closing... Its not worth losing the house over.
I'm sure you did not buy it for the shed, man wise it gives you a reason to make a "real" shed just like you want it. Most real estate is bought for the ole cliche location, location, location. You can change the sticks and bricks, but you can't move the location. Have fun with it. My .02

If this is the case I would not think about it again, all your going to do is be upset about something you have no control over. As suggested above, I would have my realtor contact theirs if there is anything else that can be removed from the property that you are expecting to be there when you close.

The best tape measure nor the finest materials in the world can help you if you don't have basic construction skills!
