Anyone having trouble with Tactacam Reveal account?

I went to look at pics just now and I had been signed out. I tried to sign back in with the correct password and it won't work. I tried re-setting the password and all I get is "error". Just wondered if maybe their portal crashed tonight or something.

Folks are reporting the same on their facebook page. I just requested an HD pic to see if my pages were cached and it came in.

Last day or two the website freezes and I have to shut down and restart

There are 4 of us who view the pics. The 3 of us that use iPhones have nothing....the guy with a Samsung is having no problems.

Whatever you do, dont sign out.
I did that trying to set a new password to view on my computer and now I am locked out of everything. I did that before I knew there was a problem.
Tactacam is aware of the issue and is working to fix it.
