In the process of selling my ranch right now and hoping to find something for 2025 and beyond. I’ve hunted South Texas, Mexico, and West Texas most of my life and have a good understanding of what it takes to grow big deer. Can age deer, let big young deer walk, and don’t mind putting in the work to make a place better. I hunt with my 9 year old son most of the time and would like to be able to bring my dad as a guest or would be interested in a lease spot for him as well. We mainly bow hunt but do hunt with a gun every now and then. We would be interested in joining an existing group or leasing our own pasture. Housing would be a plus but not necessary. I know these leases are not cheap and few and far between so trying to get ahead of the curve. Would prefer something in the Golden Triangle but would be interested in other areas as well (Shackelford, Throckmorton, etc.) Please pm if you may have something that would fit. Thanks.
