In Brenham you can get good BBQ at Nathan's BBQ, Good Chicken Fried Steak at Country Kitchen, or if you want to try something different go to Smitty's and get a PB&J burger.

Fitzwillys bar and grille on Northgate was a favorite of mine for the years I was there.

Fatburger on University between church ave. and college ave. Same parking lot as hurricane harrys, behind the taco bell.

It all depends on what you like. Casa Rod's in downtown Bryan has some good Mexican food as well as Ninfa's in College Station on the Bypass just South of University Dr. C&J BBQ "in the bend" on Texas Ave near downtown Bryan is good. Christopher's World Grill has some good eats but your pocketbook will know it (we can't go w/o dropping $150 for the two of us).
