Feeder Shaft Lubricant

What do you guys use? Motor shafts are squealing….trying to reduce the friction which is I’m sure what’s causing the noise. Not wanting to use anything that will gum up in colder weather or attract dust/dirt and cause more problems.

Silicone spray.

I normally clean with brake cleaner first to get rid of the junk that has accumulated. A lot of time that will solve the issue. Then silicone spray after that if the noise remains.

Clean with brake cleaner and then spray with Lucas gun cleaner. That buck your raising will taste it sooner or later from the lead you sling at him

I wouldn’t do anything. Lubricant is just going to gum up with corn dust and dirt.
