Congrats Bill, soak it all in. I love hunting with family heirloom guns. After deer season I plan to make my first squirrel hunt in years with my great grandfathers 1940's Winchester Model 12.

Great job Bill!!! Good to see that Model 99 work again and with a future in the right hands! My dad loved them as well and had several as I grew up. I grew up to purchase my own, but then, as time does, my Dad ended his stay here on earth some 19 years ago and I have managed to take a few with HIS 99's since then and each time it is the memories that make the hunt, not the animal and it brings him back to me for that period of time, just like the good old days....... enjoy and continue on both with the 99 and the camera as you do such a great job with it!!!

Congrats on the does and getting back in the woods. I have the 99 I bought new, with a 4X scope and soft gun case in 1972. Total cost $164.00. Passing down to my son.
