    Taking apart an oneida??

    Got an older onieda from a great tbher on the classifieds (thanks ken) and was lucky enough to get a tbh express from another great tbher (thanks bisch). I was wanting to repaint it. Anyone have any tips on takin it apart?? Appreciate it guys!!

    Why not send it in and get it refurbished and have it painted your colors.

            go to oneidabows.net and send joe a message, he will send you a dvd for your particular bow that has all the maint. and repair info on it...very informative, and he don't charge anything for the dvd!! good luck, they are great bows, have three of them myself.

              The very first thing is loosen the screw on each pylon if not you'll screw up the pylon and it'll not stay tight. I have a Oneida manual somewhere in the cave, I use to be a dealer for oneida, it's not hard to take them apart, but going back has to be in a certain order.

              Never had one completely apart, just to change power and pylon cables.

                I've refinished several. Take pictures and mark parts. Don't loose any parts.

                    Depending on the model there are different ways to disassemble it. Im a staff shooter for Oneida, Pm me if you want some help.
