    This is the area I'm dealing with. It seems to get decent sun and I keep it watered, but it's just turning into dirt. No growth.

      Yes it does not happen overnight like roundup but opnce it takes hold, makes life much easier. only spread fertilizer once per year and done. No bug sprays, no ticks, no fleas, no cockroaches. Just sit on porch and drink beer all year long, year after year.

          For right now pland seed for the winter. Dwarf perennial rye grass.

            Sling some rye grass before the next rain or water it after the rye.

              i’m turning my front yard this spring into white clover. Neighbors don’t take interest in there yard and mow every week or two. Now my St Augustine is been taken over by Bermuda. So i’m going to spray it with a white Vinegar solution in mid December and early March plant ornamental white clover for the bees. Hope it don’t make the HOA unhappy. Does say anything about what type of turf you can have.
