What and Where is a Visitor Message??

I see nothing but a notification I was sent a Visitor Message, but not seeing anything about Visitor messages in my Message Center or in my Inbox. Where are they ??

I have no clue why they have them? But I can tell you how to see your message. Click on your user name and then scroll down and you will find the message.
