Update on Hunter Harassment Case

Pretty disappointing they won't prosecute despite all the evidence. I would shoot early and often throughout the year just to prove a point.

I bet the constituents of Wise county would be interested to know their county DA is not interested in prosecuting crime. Even upon the insistence of the LEO.

I wonder how many other crimes he has passed up prosecution on?

More than likely this will end with the “bad guy” winning out. He could easily say that all of the deliberate shotgun shooting is disturbing his hunting and his peace. Flip the script so to speak.

It’s just not an uncommon occurrence. When you made the comment about the constituents of Wide County, I was thinking that you could go ahead and add the other 253 counties in Texas.
