    SRA and lake fork?

Anyone here impacted by the possibility of major new rules?

I am trying to wrap my head around it.

Do you think the 2030 no more park homes will happen?

Do you think the parks will all have mass exodus?

    Please share your thoughts.

    Sean

Sabine River Authority, most RV parks are operating on this leased land.

      Whole new proposal including

Removal of all existing park homes by 2030

      New minimum distance between RVs

Looks like if you built docks and such you may lose all that.

No permanent living in a park. That's already a rule, but rare it's enforced. But now must be.

Lots of speculations. Could make local real estate boom if hundreds of folks have to find a home or lot for RV or tiny home.

        Yes, it will happen
        I don't see a mass exodus

That’s gonna impact a lot of folks ! They are currently jammed in there like sardines in some parks.

Any issues with docks on Toledo Bend?

Did think it was odd that they contacted us about transferring the ownership info on our dock. We had owned it for 20 years.

Guess they're clinching down on control.

Lived here my whole life. I love rving! But it’s absolutely ridiculous the low end rv parks that are EVERYWHERE. The way I’ve heard it is the “lease back” land is all that’s in play. Several of them are border line 3rd world countries on multi million dollar properties that have zero upkeep. Ain’t what it once was around here….

I think some parks the only rule is: your septic sprinkler can’t spray on the neighbors roof… in case the tarp leaks

Us poor folks like the lake too!

I'm glad I sold mine. Used it all the time at first, then never went there once my FIL went downhill and the wife couldn't leave. Could go on vacation for what I was paying for all that every year. Park I was in wasn't bad though. Crazy old man ran it but he died too.
