Never watched it, never will. And, don't think I've watched the Emmy or Tony shows either. May have watched the Academy Awards a time or two.

Wifes watching it in other room.. makin it my duty to mock those people patting themselves on the back for being entertainers everytime I walk through there..figure I got two more times before I get the remote thrown at me.
Have to say.. was surprised on one of my walk throughs to hear a prayer by ll cool j... Even if it was because of Whitney Houston.. prayer is never a bad thing in this day and age..

The wife's watching it and is all over the Whitney love fest. I caught the first few minutes and ejoyed the opening act Bruno Mars. I've never heard of him before tonight, his performance had a 50's throwback feel that was worth watching.

That will likely be the extent of my Grammy watching for the night as I've been making sasuage all day and am ready to crash.

I know about it...and to be honest don't really care. They had 3 awesome albums before that lawsuit. The old adage theres nothing you can do that hasn't been done before seems appropriate for this instance.

Even older adage.. if theyve done it once chances are theyve done it before.. a thief is a thief. To me.. they are a coverband ..just putting different lyrics to other peoples melodies without giving the real artists credit.
