My levels were as low as my wife. I take weekly injections but get blood work often. Some doctors will run you up to 800 or above. I keep mine about 300-400 which is still low but Im comfortable and don’t feel sick all the time. I’ve been doing it for probably 10 years. I actually had a Dr I left because he was trying to get my numbers higher than I wanted. When I told him I wanted to stay 300-400 he told me that was still way low. Found another Dr
