My favorite is the poblano and pepper jack sausage from Arnold’s, everyone loves it. Pepper jack and jalapeno summer sausage rolled in black pepper is good too.

If you’re coming back up to Houston from south Texas and coming up hwy 59, you should try Colorado River Bend processing in Wharton. Ol country boy makes the dang best sausage around and you get your deer, also his place is immaculate.
