You may give these guys a call for ideas/input:

Whitetail & Exotic Hunts, Exotic Wildlife Sales, Deer Blinds, Feeders, Accessories, Protein & Corn

Last time I was there they were customizing an executive elevated blind in a similar manner. They installed a mini-split for heat/ac and a small fridge. Solar panels on the roof and a rack on the outside for condenser, batteries and inverter to save space inside. Everything was very clean and well thought out.

You could run a hot plate and cut the propane out. Would also store out of the way easier.

For style points at LED lights that can run white, red or green based on the needs at the time.

All you need is the wind in your face…I do it all the time.

Didn't read all the responses but id be looking at a loft for the bunks.

Here's an 8x8 that i built. Maybe it'll give you some ideas. Its setup for deer on a north wind. Then I turn those feeders off after season and turn on my hog feeder the other direction for south wind in spring and summer. I was concerned it would be so 9verbearing that mature bucks would stay away but that hasn't been the case.

Only issues ive had is squirrels chewing holes to get into it.

Glad I Put the solar panel with ground access because i had to change it.
